My phone, which runs Windows Mobile 5.0, did not. But then, my phone stopped getting or receiving SMS messages throughout most of SXSW as well (which is probably the main time when I'd actually want SMS). I did finally get an SMS from Cingular wireless, on March 15th, telling me that my phone would need a software patch to fix it's daylight savings. Nice. My Ubuntu did update itself.
